Hans T.F. Lundberg brought novel exploration techniques to Canada and developed more as one of its citizens. He was the first to conduct ground geophysical surveys in the country, among the first to experiment with geochemical prospecting, and was a pioneer of airborne radiometrics to detect uranium.
